About AFFT

Americans for Fair Treatment (AFFT) believes all public sector employees should have the freedom to choose to join a union or to abstain from joining a government union, an employee association, or other group. In support of this vision, AFFT works to educate public sector employees about their constitutional rights around union membership.

AFFT is a national nonprofit organization that offers educational materials and a free membership program to current and former public-sector employees. AFFT membership provides members with retail discounts, professional development scholarships, networking opportunities, and support in exercising First Amendment rights.
